摘要
采用MAXWELL电场有限元分析软件,计算了不同伞裙结构的车顶绝缘子的电场分布,结果表明不同结构类型的车顶绝缘子的表面电场存在着畸变,尤其在金属附件与瓷体的连接处,伞裙与芯杆交接的处,电场畸变更为强烈。加大绝缘子两端的伞径,调整好伞间距,改进伞裙上下两面的倾角,均可在一定程度上优化绝缘子的电场分布,从而提高其防闪络的性能。
The finite element analysis software MAXWELL is used to calculate the electric field distribution of roof insulators with different sheds structure, the electric field distortion is stronger at the junction of the top of metal accessories versus the porcelain body and the junction of sheds versus the rod. There is a different distortion degree to insulators with different structures. The electric field distribution of the roof insulator can be optimized by increasing the diameter of the ends sheds, improving sheds tilt angle, adjusting the pitch of sheds, and its anti-flashover performance can be improved consequently.
