摘要 针对ZnO压敏电阻能量配合方法的问题,对雷电波在传输线中传输及ZnO压敏电阻级间串联电感进行了理论分析。结合实验中改变级间连接导线的长度和退耦元件,改变相应的分布电感值,通过实验数据分析得出:两级ZnO压敏电阻进行能量配合中,当连接导线长度为:5m、10m、15m时,前后ZnO压敏电阻的能量吸收比为:5.66:1.11、6.17:0.60、6.00:0.40。分布电感同空心电感的电感值相同时,各级压敏电阻的残压、通流以及吸收能量的分配情况基本相同,两者可视为等效;磁芯电感由于存在磁饱和现象,当连接磁芯电感为:5.8μH,10.8μH,16.3μH时,前后ZnO压敏电阻的能量吸收比为:4.58:3.32、4.70:3.04、4.65:2.83。实验结果为ZnO压敏电阻的能量配合提供了参考依据,在实际应用中具有一定的参考价值。 In order to find out the energy cooperation method of ZnO varistor, the lightning wave propagation across lines and ZnO varistor interstage series inductance are analyzed theoretically. Based on the experiments in which the wire length is changed to get the distributed inductance, through the analysis of the experimental data, it is obtained that when the connection wire length are: 5m, 10m, 15m, the energy absorb ratios of the ZnO varistor are: 5.66:1.11, 6.17:0.60, 6.00:0.40 respectively in the energy cooperation for two levels of ZnO varistor. In case that the values of the distributed inductance are equal to that of hollow inductance, the residual voltages, current flow capacity and the energy absorb ratio are basically the same, they can be considered as equivalent. In case there is magnetic saturation phenomenon for the magnetic core inductance, when the values of the magnetic core inductance are 65.8 p,H, 10.8 I^H, 16.3 ~H, the energy absorb ratios of the ZnO varistor are 4.58:3.32,4.70:3.04,4.65:2.83. The research results provide a reference basis for the energy coordination of ZnO varistors, and have a certain reference value in practical application.
