摘要
内蒙古东部地区地理位置独特,能源丰富,输电线路担负着向外省输送电能的重要任务,线路里程长,地形地貌复杂,线路雷击风险较高。因此,有效提高输电线路防雷性能评估水平与治理能力,对保证蒙东地区供电的稳定可靠是十分重要的。本文基于差异化防雷技术开展蒙东地区输电线路防雷综合治理研究。具体来说,选择雷害严重的典型线路采用差异化防雷技术开展逐基杆塔的微观化防雷风险评估,评估时综合考虑线路走廊雷电活动、地形地貌、线路结构和绝缘配置的差异性;根据风险评估结果,结合各种防雷措施特点和已有改造经验,选择线路避雷器作为改造措施,并提出不同杆塔的避雷器差异化配置方式;最后依据改造杆塔范围和次序,依次制定5套线路避雷器差异化改造方案,并量化评估各套方案的投入产出比。
East Mongolia is the area which has unique geographical position and rich energy. The transmission lines take on the burden for supplying electricity to other provinces. Because of the long- distance and complex topography and geomorphology, lightning risk is high in the area. Therefore, In order to improve power supply stable and reliable, it is very important to improve the assessment level and rebuilding ability of lightning protection for transmission lines. The comprehensive management of lightning protection for the transmission lines in East Mongolia Area is researched based on the technology of differentiated lightning protection. In detail, selecting the typical transmission line, microscopic lightning protection risk assessment for each tower can be carried out. When making lightning disaster risk assessment, the differences of lightning activities, terrains and topographic features, line's structures and insulation configurations should be considered. Then, according to assessment result, characteristics of lightning protection measures, and improvement experience, line arrester is selected to be improvement measure. And the arrester configuration types for different tower have been proposed in this paper. Then, based on the scope and sequence of lightning protection rebuilding, 5 rebuilding schemes have been formulated. And the technology-economy rate for the fifth lightning protection rebuilding schemes has been evaluated.
