机场离港网络运行效能评估研究

Effectiveness Evaluation of Aerodrome Departure Network

机场离港网络是机场生产系统的核心,面临着网络攻击、重大灾害等众多外部威胁,离港网络的工作状态对机场安全运行有重要影响。对机场和离港网络效能进行了定义,对机场生产流程进行了研究,构造了考虑效能因子和效能指数的值机、安检、登机口效能评估模型,以西南某机场实际运行数据对模型进行了验证。结果表明,机场离港网络安全裕度较高,能够满足机场生产运行的需要;离港网络非正常工作百分比在[0%-15%]、[65%-90%],离港网络效能瓶颈为安检通道;离港网络非正常工作百分比在[15%-65%],离港网络效能瓶颈为登机口;离港网络非正常工作百分比在[90%-100%]时,离港网络效能瓶颈为值机柜台。

Airport departure network is the core of airport production system,facing with network attack,disaster and other external threaten,so departure network working condition affect crucially on airport operation.Define airport and departure network effectiveness,research airport production process,structure check-in,security check,boarding gate effectiveness assessment model considering effectiveness factor and effectiveness index.And verify the model with practical operation data of an airport in southwestern.The result shows,airport departure network safety margin is high.It can meet the needs of airport operation.Departure network unserviceable percentage are[0%-15%],[65%-90%],the bottleneck of departure network effectiveness is security check;Departure network unserviceable percentage is[15%-65%],the bottleneck of departure network effectiveness is boarding gate;Departure network unserviceable percentage is[90%-100%],the bottleneck of departure network effectiveness is check-in.
