摘要
钢板切割后发现明显变形,严重影响其使用性能。为此对钢板切割后变形的原因进行了分析。结果表明,钢板不均匀分布的内应力是钢板切割后产生变形的根本原因。通过采取新一代控轧控冷(TMCP)工艺生产钢板,对层流设备进行改进,提高钢板冷却的均匀性,采取冷矫值方法,有效改善了钢板内应力的分布状况,从而减小甚至消除钢板因切割引起的变形。
Obvious deformation of steel plate was observed after cutting, exerting a serious influence on its service. For this reason the origin of deformation of the plate after cutting was analyzed. The results show that the cutting deformation of plate arises essentially from non-uniformly distributed internal stress in the plate. The distribution of internal stress in the plate was significantly improved by using a new generation of TMCP technology for production of plate, improving the laminar flow equipment, increasing the cooling uniformity of the plate, and making use of cold straightening technology, thus effectively decreasing and, even eliminating the cutting deformation of the plate.
