文章从分析企业档案信息资源整合共享的必要性出发,阐述了企业档案信息资源整合共享的原则,对企业档案信息资源物理整合与逻辑整合、共享主体和共享措施进行了探讨,指出了企业档案信息资源在企业战略发展中的重要作用。

The necessity of enterprise archival information resources integration and sharing is firstly ana- lyzed in this article. Then, the involved principles is proposed. Moreover, the physical and logical integra- tion of enterprise archival information resources are investigated, and the sharing agent and sharing meth- ods are also discussed. Lastly, the importance of enterprise archival information resources for enterprise de- velopment strategy is stated.
