摘要
介绍了一种基于TCS3200D与STC12C5A60S2单片机相结合的数字式颜色测试系统,由于TCS3200D输出的是数字量,整个电路不需要A/D转换,让整个电路变得更加简单,提高了颜色传感器的精度与速度,并通过12864液晶屏显示不同颜色的RGB值和对应的颜色,实验表明:TCS3200D传感器在不同温度下,测量精度高、工作可靠,适用于汽车烤漆颜色在线检测等高温、高湿环境的颜色监测。
The article introduces a digital color test system based on the combination of TCS3200D and STC12C.SA60S2 microcontroller. Because the output of TCS3200D is a digital quantity, it is not necessary for the whole circuit to be converted to the A/D circuit. The system makes the whole circuit simple, improves the precision and speed of color sensors, and through the 12864 LCD it shows the different colors of RGB values and the corresponding color. Experiment show that under different temperature, the sensor TCS3200D has the features of high accuracy, reliable operation, and suitable for the color monitoring in the high temperature and high humidity environment such as car painting color on-line detection and etc.
