This paper introduced the construction background of Shanxi Science and Technology Innovation City core area,analyzed the high pressure oil and gas pipeline situation terminal and future gas scale of core area,and combining with the core construction requirements encountered the relocation solutions,to provide reference for similar procedure reference.
