当前,金融热而产生的金融教育热方兴未艾,如何抓住这一重要契机,研究和推进金融人才培养模式改革,需要我们认真思考和积极探索。文章从回顾我国各阶段金融教育和人才培养体制机制出发,提出了今后一个时期我国金融人才培养的市场化改革之道、专业化发展之向、职业化培养之路,并以浙江金融职业学院为例,进行了分析和探讨。
