结合某水利工程建设实例,分析了水利工程施工变更的主要成因,并着重就施工变更的控制及处理措施进行了研究与探索,以减少和避免施工变更问题的出现,从而保证工程质量和工程效益的顺利实现。

Combining with some water conservancy project as the example,the paper analyzes the main reasons for the construction alteration,and researches the control over the construction alteration and treatment measures,so as to reduce and avoid the alteration and ensure the engineering quality and efficiency.
