Combining with the contract disclosure contents in overseas engineering project management,this paper elaborated the work process of contract disclosure,and from the external disclosure,internal disclosure,system disclosure,real-time disclosure four aspects analyzed the contract disclosure forms,made the safeguard measures and feedback mechanism of contract disclosure,to strengthen the contract consciousness,specifications work ways,control risk and so on.
