摘要
考虑到中小型LNG运输船及C型独立液货罐的特点,针对罐与主船体通过鞍座连接,液货温度为零下163℃,鞍座及船体结构会形成温度变化的情况,对鞍座及附近船体结构进行有限元分析,研究温度场的变化,供鞍座及附近钢结构材料的选择参考。
The type C independent cargo tank is the main cargo forms of the small and medium-sized LNG carrier. The LNG cargo tank is connected with the hull by saddle. Because the temperature of LNG is below 163 ℃, there is remarkable temperature change in the saddle and hull structure. The finite element analysis of the temperature field is carried out for the saddle and the related hull structures of a 30 000 cubic LNG carrier, which is helpful to select the material of hull structure near the saddle.
