输尿管镜下U100^(plus)激光碎石术和体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效比较 被引量：12

摘要 泌尿系输尿管结石是泌尿外科常见病之一,既往多采用体外冲击波碎石术、经皮肾镜取石术（PNL）、腹腔镜取石术以及开放手术。近年来随着腔内器械和技术的发展完善,输尿管镜下激光碎石术已经凭借高效、微创的特点成为泌尿系结石的主要治疗方法和发展方向[1]。目前激光碎石机主要分为钬激光和U100双频激光两类。作者采用输尿管镜下U100plus激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石,并与体外冲击波碎石术进行对比分析,
