摘要
颅骨纤维结构不良是一种良性但呈进行性生长的颅骨病变[1-2]。其特点是正常骨组织逐渐被异常增殖的纤维结缔组织所取代。该病多见于青少年,男女发病无明显差异。无痛性肿块多为首发症状,其次是视力下降、眼球突出、癫痫等邻近神经功能受损症状。据报道,该病存在恶变可能,其发病率在1%左右[3]。目前手术切除是该病的首要治疗方式。
