垃圾焚烧炉配风比对燃烧过程影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过商业软件Fluent对600 t/d垃圾焚烧炉进行了数值模拟计算,分析了不同的一二次风配比工况对炉膛内部焚烧过程中温度分布以及CO浓度分布的影响。结果表明:在总风量不变的情况下,适当的提高二次风的比例可以促使炉膛内部燃烧更加充分且温度分布较为均匀。一二次风比值为0.73∶0.27时,炉膛内部喉口处的温度分布与CO浓度分布较于其他工况更加均匀,表现最优。数值计算的结果与分析表明,一定程度的提高二次风比例可以促使炉膛内部关键部位的温度和CO浓度变化梯度更小,燃烧也相对更为充分。 The numerical simulation of 600 t/d waste incinerator was calculated with Fluent business software. The influences of different proportion of primary and second air on temperature distribution and CO concentration field during the incineration process were analyzed. The result indicated that it would take combustion more fully and temperature distribution more uniform with increase of the second air ratio in the condition of equal total air volume. While the primary and second air ratio was 0.73 : 0.27, its temperature and CO concentration fields became more uniform even than the others, and its result was optimal. The results of numerical calculation and analysis show that appropriately increased ratio of the second air would reduce the variation gradient of temperature and CO concentration in the key positions of this waste incinerator, and take the combustion more fully.
