实验设计法优化I9300手机后壳注塑成型工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of Injection Moulding Process of The Rear Cabinet Size of Mobile Phone I9300 by Design of Experiments

摘要 针对HF公司I9300手机后壳尺寸不合格问题,深入分析问题原因后,以手机后壳宽度尺寸为评价指标,选择分辨度为Ⅳ的1/4分式析因实验并增加3个中心点进行筛选实验,找出显著性影响参数。然后,采用响应曲面分析法优化手机后壳的生产条件,根据实验数据建立手机后壳宽度尺寸随模具温度、保压时间、保压压力、冷却时间、V-P切换位置等的回归模型,得出生产手机后壳最优参数组合为:模具温度319.8℃,保压时间1.26s,保压压力1330 kgf/c,V-P切换位置8.32mm。对优化方案评估表明,改进效果明显。 The rear cabinet size of mobile phone 19300 did not confirm with specification.The width of the rear cabinet was chosen as evaluation index after analyzing the cause in depth.In order to screen parameters,1/4 fractional factorial experiment with 3 center points was conducted.Then,the production condition of the width of the rear cabinet was optimized by Response Surface Methodology.Effects of mold temperature,holding time,holding pressure,cooling time and V-P switching position on production were investigated and made a regression model according to the experimental results.The optimized technological parameters were as follows:mold temperature 319.8℃,holding time 1.26 s,holding pressure1330kgf/c and V-P switching position 8.32 mm,According to the evaluation,the optimal effect of scheme was quite obvious.
