国家制造业创新中心建设 知识产权不可或缺

Intellectual Property: Indispensable Part of National Manufacturing Innovation Center Construction

美、德等制造业强国在构建其本国国家制造业创新体系中非常重视知识产权。本文对美、德、英及我国台湾地区制造业创新研究机构知识产权经验做法进行了总结和提炼。在此基础上,对我国建设国家制造业创新中心知识产权工作提出四条对策建议:研究制定知识产权指导原则;推动知识产权商业化运用;提高知识产权服务能力;加强知识产权评估。

The United States, Germany and other manufacturing power has been paying great attention to Intellectual Property in the construction of national manufacturing innovation system. This paper summarizes and refines the experience and practice of Intellectual Property in constructing manufacturing innovation center in the United States, Germany, Britain and Taiwan of China. To promote Intellectual Property work in the construction of manufacturing innovation center, four countermeasures are put forward in this paper： developing guidance on Intellectual Property for manufacturing innovation center; promoting the commercialization of Intellectual Property; improving the service ability of Intellectual Property; Strengthening the assessment of Intellectual Property.
