同体自身饭前饭后血压差异性研究

摘要 目的:通过饭前饭后血压值的测量,探讨同体自身饭前和饭后血压值有无差异性,探究人体饭后困倦是否受自身血压的影响。方法:对160例观察对象采用同体自身对照,使用电子血压计分别测量饭前血压和饭后半小时血压,对测量的数据采用配对t检验,进行统计学分析。结果:160例同体自身血压测量,饭后收缩压和舒张压均较饭前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 :通过160例观察对象同体自身饭前饭后血压值的观察结果表明,饭后困倦与饭后人体大部分血液流经胃肠道帮助消化吸收,从而使循环血流量减少,导致血压下降有关。 Objective: To evaluate the difference of blood pressure before and after meals, and to explore whether the sleepiness after meals is under the influence of blood pressure after meals. Methods: Use electronic blood pressure monitor, BP of 160 people was measured before and half an hour after meals, and the results were analyzed using paired samples test. Results: Compared to BP before meals, BP after meals was significantly dropped (P 〈 0.001). Conclusion : We conclude that sleepiness after meals may result from the lower BP.
