摘要 对灰树花(Grifola frondosa)子实体进行乙醇提取,用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,柱层析分离,得到12个化合物。经核磁共振及质谱鉴定,这12个化合物分别为葡萄糖、正二十八烷、麦角甾醇、1-十七醇、脑苷脂B、尿嘧啶、烟酸、琥珀酸、烟酰胺、腺苷、甘露醇和尿苷。这些化合物均是首次从灰树花子实体中分离得到。 Twelve chemical components of Grifola frondosa fruiting bodies were extracted with ethanol, separated by column chromatography, and their structure elucidated by NMR and mass spectroscopy. They were identified as glucose, octacosane, ergosterol, 1-heptadecanol, cerebroside B, uracil, nicotinic acid, succinic acid, nicotinamide, adenosine, mannitol and uridine.
