洞庭湖和鄱阳湖水量优化调控工程研究 被引量:13

摘要 随着三峡水库及上游干支流控制性水库的逐步投运,长江中下游防洪形势得到极大改善。同时,由于蓄水拦沙,"清水"下泄,江湖关系已经并将继续发生变化,导致两湖水文情势进一步变化,对两湖地区水资源综合利用和水生态环境保护产生深刻影响。分析了洞庭湖江湖关系变化趋势和鄱阳湖枯水变化情势及其影响,结合湖区经济社会发展和生态环境保护对水利的要求,研究了两湖水量优化调控总体思路,提出了优化调控两湖水量的工程措施,为两湖生态经济区和长江经济带建设提供支撑和保障。 With the progressive operation of Three Gorges reservoir and other controlling reservoirs on the mainstream and trib-utaries of Yangtze River, the flood control in the mid-lower Yangtze River is significantly improved. Meanwhile, due to the run-off storage and sediment detention and clear water discharging, the river-lake relation has been changed and will continuously change, which leads to further variation of hydrological regime of Dongting Lake and Poyang Lake and would bring profound im-pact on the comprehensive utilization of water resources and protection of water ecology and environment for the two lake-areas. The variation trend of river-lake relation of Dongting Lake and Yangtze River is analyzed, so are the dry water level variation of Poyang Lake and its impacts. The general thought of optimizing and regulating the water storage of the two lakes are studied and the engineering measures are put forward by consideration of the requirement of social and economical development in the lake re-gion and ecological and environmental protection, so as to support and ensure the construction of ecological-economical region of the lake region and Yangtze River economic belt.
