米氮平联合不同剂量氨磺必利治疗抑郁症的临床观察

The Clinical Effect of Mirtazapine Combined with Different Doses of Amisulpride on Depression

目的米氮平联合不同剂量氨磺必利治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取120例抑郁患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组给予氨磺必利(50 mg/d)+米氮平(15 mg/d),研究组给予氨磺必利(100 mg/d)+米氮平(15 mg/d)。比较两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD-17)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组患者HAMD-17评分显著低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和研究组不良反应发生率分别为30.0%(15/50)、12.0%(6/50),研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 100 mg/d氨磺必利联合15 mg/d米氮平治疗抑郁症效果优于50 mg/d氨磺必利联合15 mg/d米氮平,但其不良反应发生率也明显增加。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of mirtazapine combined with different doses of amisulpride on depression. Methods 120 patients with depression were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 60 ） and control group （ n = 60 ）. The control group was given amisulpride （50 rag/d） ＋ mitt azapine （ 15 mg/d）. The observation group was given amisulpride （ 100 mg/ d） ＋ mirtazapine （15 rag/d）. The HAMD - 17 score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the HAMD -17 score of the research group significantly decreased, compared with the control group, with statistically sig- nificant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The clinical effect of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈0. 05）. The untoward effect rate of research group and control group was 30. 0% （15/50） and 12. 0% （6/50） respectively, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The therapy of 100 mg./d amisulpride combined with 15 mg/d mirtazapine proves superior to 50 mg/d amisulpride combined with 15 mg/d mirtazapine, but along with significantly in- creased incidence of adverse reactions.
