新生儿溶血病IgG抗体效价的检测意义

Significance of Detecting IgG Antibody Titer in Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn( HDN)

目的通过ABO血!型抗A(B)Ig G抗体效价检查,选择新生儿溶血病(HDN)的有效诊断方法。方法选取2012年1月1日至2014年1月1日期间我院的200例产前Ig G抗体效价检测的孕妇和新生儿的临床资料,分析ABO血型抗A(B)Ig G抗体效价在HDN中的诊断意义。结果孕妇产前抗A(B)Ig G抗体效价的结果中,各组的1:64比例最多,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;随着血清抗A(B)Ig G抗体效价的升高,HDN的阳性率逐渐升高,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论 ABO血型抗A(B)Ig G抗体效价对新生儿溶血病(HDN)的诊断中具有重要意义,可作为重要的筛查指标,应合理推广以用于早期诊断和早期治疗。

Objective To choose the effective diagnosis method for Hemolytic disease of the newborn （HDN） by detecting anti - A （B） IgG antibody titer of ABO blood type. Methods Clinical data of 200 cases of pregnant women and newborns, whose anti - IgG antibody titer were detected from January 1st 2012 to January 1st 2014 in our hospital, were selected to analyze the diagnostic sig- nificance of anti - A （B） IgG antibody titer of ABO blood type in HDN. Results Among the results of prenatal anti - A （B） IgG antibody titer exam of pregnant women, 1 ： 64 took up most part in each group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive rate of HDN increased gradually with the increase of serum anti - A （B） IgG antibody titer, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Anti - A （B） IgG antibody titer of ABO blood type is of important significance in diagnosing HDN. Therefore, it can be used as an important screening indicator, and should be promoted reasonably for early diagnosis and treatment.
