矿渣粉和粉煤灰制备CBC复合材料及混凝土性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用矿渣粉、粉煤灰、熟料以及石灰按照一定比例混合打磨制备CBC复合材料,考查了添加剂、骨料在不同条件下对混凝土抗压强度的影响,对比分析了CBC复合材料与32.5水泥在相同条件下的力学性能。研究结果显示:在CBC复合材料占总量的30%时制备出了混凝土强度等级C30,而普通硅酸盐32.5水泥则达不到,CBC复合材料的物理、力学性能都优于普通市售硅酸盐32.5水泥,优化CBC复合材料配方,性能有进一步提升的潜力。 The use of slag, fly ash, clinker and lime were used by mixing according to a certain percentage to prepare the polishing CBC composite. The influence of the activator, aggregates on the strength of concrete was examined under different conditions of the compressive strength of concrete. Comparative analysis of the mechani- cal properties of CBC composite materials and 32.5 cement under the same conditions was conducted. The re- suits show that when the CBC composite accounted for 30% of the total made a concrete strength grade C30, and common silicate32.5cement will not reach, Physical and mechanical CBC properties of the composites are superi- or to common silicate 32.5 cement. Optimization of CBC composite formulation can further enhance the perform- ance potential.
