区域土地利用结构演变多维度分析——以毕节市为例

Mult-dimensional Analysis on Regional Land Use——Taking Bijie City as a Case

基于信息熵理论,运用GIS信息技术分别从土地利用程度、土地利用多样性等不同维度对毕节市2009-2013年间土地利用变化进行时间序列和空间变异分析。研究结果显示,在2009-2013年期间,毕节市森林植被保护良好,建设用地也在经济发展影响下有序扩展,其土地利用程度逐渐向深度和广度发展,信息熵值整体呈现逐步上升的变化趋势,说明这一时期内毕节市土地利用结构趋向合理,各类用地的面积比重也趋向均衡。研究结果表明在国家和贵州省政府"开发扶贫、生态建设"政策扶持下和"西电东送"重点工程项目的实施下,毕节市土地资源得到合理利用,整体处于"经济发展——资源分配——结构变化"的良性循环发展时期,毕节市未来还可以从建设用地存量挖潜、产业用地管理模式优化以及山地农业利用开发模式改进等方面进行进一步发展。

Based on the theory of information entropy and through different dimension such as land use degree and land use diversity, the land use changes of Bijie City were analyzed from a time and spatial series prospective between 2009 and 2013. The result shows that the forest have been protected well, construction land expanded reasonably and land use degree developed gradually to width and depth, and the trend of information entropy shows a graduate increase which illustrate the land use scale become more reasonable and the area of different land type become more balanced in Bijie in the period. It illustrates that land resource have been used rationally under the strategy from central government local government, Bijie is in the benign development of economic de- velopment-resource distribution-scale change. Moreover, Bijie should further improve land use pattern such as redevelop stock eonstruction land, optimize the industrial land use pattern and mountain agricultural land devel- opment in the future.
