摘要
优化了氢解用5%Pd/C催化剂的制备工艺,主要讨论了载体预处理、浸渍工艺、还原工艺以及助剂对催化剂活性的影响。研究结果表明:不同载体对催化剂活性的影响很大,以C1为载体,当浸渍液pH值=7,助剂用量为Ni,还原剂为氢气时,制备的催化剂在N-苄基苯胺模型反应中的活性P20为0.200MPa,助剂的使用能够精确控制催化剂的活性。
Preparation methods of Pd / C catalyst application to debenzylation was optimized. The effects of the pretreatment methods of support,the impregnation technics,the reduction technics and the the action of additices were investigated. It shows that the effect of different matrix on activity is prominent. The Pd / C catalyst( 5%) with optimization activity was prepared at a pH = 7 of impregnation solution,H2 as the reducer and Ni as the promoter. Activity of the catalyst can been controlled precisely by using addtives.
