摘要
本论文研究了新型硫化氢吸收剂恶唑烷的合成方法及吸收硫化氢效率的评价方法,发现该产品对硫化氢吸收效率高达95%,速度快、硫容量大,与乙二醛复配可以进一步提高吸收效率,降低处理成本。在胜利油田某海上气井应用取得良好效果。
This paper studied the new harmful synthesis of oxazolidine as hydrogen sulfide scavenger and the evaluation method for scavenging efficient. The product can scavenge hydrogen sulfide fastly with bigger sulfur capacity and efficiently by the ratio of 95%. It can display much better performance mixed with low-cost glyoxal. The application in gas wells of shengli oil field also abtained compellent result.
