地方性师范院校中工科专业人才培养模式的探索——以包头师范学院为例

Exploration on the Model of Engineering Talents Cultivation in Local Teachers' Colleges——Taking Baotou Teachers' College as an Example

地方性师范院校中增设工科专业,是为了适应本地区经济发展需要,为地区经济发展和社会进步做出贡献。同时,工科专业的设置,也为师范院校注入了新鲜的血液,可以带动整个学校的学科建设、人才培养模式的更新换代。目前师范类院校中在工科专业的开设过程中,遇到许多亟待解决的问题,本文就相关问题进行了归纳整理,并以包头师范学院化学学院中应用化学专业人才培养为例,对地方性师范院校中工科专业人才培养模式进行了探讨。

In order to meet the needs of economic development in the region,and for the region＇s social progress,engineering majors were added in the local teachers＇ college,which has poured the fresh blood into the teachers＇ college,and driven the renewal for discipline construction and personnel training mode of the whole school. In the operation process of the engineering majors,a lot of problems were encountered and need to be resolved urgently. The related problems were summarized in this paper,and the applied chemistry of Baotou Teachers ＇ College was taken for example. The engineering talents training mode of local teachers＇ colleges were discussed.
