摘要介绍峰-终定律的涵义,选取7所高校图书馆作为研究对象,调查其学科服务的内容和方式,分析存在的问题。认为将峰终定律引入学科服务很有必要。 The paper introduces the connotation of peak-end rule, takes 7 university libraries as research objects, conducts an in- vestigation on content and ways of subject service they provide, and analyzes the existing problems. It thinks that it＇s necessary to in- troduce peak-end rule into subject service
