摘要
阐述了高校图书馆的主体式阅读推广和协作式阅读推广,介绍了过程管理方法。构建了阅读服务的过程管理模式:以资源建设为基础,以识别读者需求为前提,明确管理职责,输出多元化阅读产品及服务,建设读者反馈及评价机制,以推动阅读推广螺旋式上升发展。
The paper elaborates principal-type and collaborative-type reading promotion in university library, introduces process management method. It constructs a process management mode of reading promotion: basing on resources construction, taking identify- ing readers' demand as a premise, clarifying management responsibilities, providing diversified reading products and services, and building mechanisms of feedback and evaluation, so as to promote spiral development of reading promotion.
