将风险管理思想引入高校图书馆招标采购工作中,分析图书招标采购风险的表现形式及其成因,探讨招标采购风险管理流程,提出控制风险的策略,包括科学编制招标文件、构建科学合理的评审标准、提高合同签订质量、建立采购质量评估管理制度等。
The paper introduces risk management idea into university library＇s purchasing books by public bidding, analyzes manifestations and causes of the risks, discusses risk management process, and puts forward some risk control measures including drawing up scientific bidding documents, constructing scientific and reasonable standards of evaluation bids, improving quality of con- tract signing, setting up quality management system of purchasing books.
