以知识转化模型为理论依托,构建信息交流模型,分析创新思维产生过程。以剑桥大学、3M公司、谷歌公司、诺基亚公司、车库咖啡等为例,具体分析在实践过程中,信息交流环境对创新能力的积极影响和促进作用,以及知识的转化。
The paper takes knowledge transformation model as theoretical backing, builds information communication model, and analyzes the generation process of creative thinking. It takes Cambridge University, Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company, Google Inc., Nokia Corp., and the Garage Cafe for example, analyzes positive impact of information communication environment on in- novative ability and knowledge transfer in practice.
