Introduction to the measurement of water resource vulnerability within the context of climate change

水资源作为全球战略性资源,对一个国家乃至全球的经济、社会发展都具有重要意义,因而水资源问题成为全球关注的热点。水资源脆弱性评价起源于20世纪60年代,而气候变化条件下对水资源脆弱性的评价研究尚处于起步阶段。本文通过梳理国内外对水资源脆弱性研究进展的概况,分析指出水资源脆弱性评价指标体系的不足,阐述水资源脆弱性的内涵和设想。

Water resource, as a global strategic resource, plays a vital role in the economic and social development of a nation and even the world, making water a global concern. Measuring the vulnerability of water resource originated back in the 1960 s, while measurement within the context of climate change has just begun. By reviewing the foreign and domestic researches of the vulnerability of water resource, this paper points out the disadvantages of the present indication system used in measuring the vulnerability of water resource, and elaborates a reasonable connotation and design of the vulnerability of water resource.
