人民币国际化的法律路径及法治建设

The Legal Path and Its Establishment of the Internationalization of RMB

人民币国际化是我国强化货币主权的重要方式,也是经济发展摆脱美元霸权束缚的有效措施,更是迈向经济强国的必由之路。随着人民币国际化的日益推进,与之配套的法律法规逐渐显现出效力层级较低和体系不完善的问题,可以说,我国现有的相关法律法规还远未达到人民币国际化的法制建设要求。正因如此,我们应该大力加强与人民币国际化相配套的法律制度建设,以完善有力的法律治理体系来为人民币国际化保驾护航,增加人民币在国际金融体系中的话语权和影响力,最终实现人民币的国际化。

The internationalization of Chinese RMB is an important way to strengthen our monetary sovereign- ty, and it is also an effective measure to eliminate the USD hegemony in the economic development, and as to Chi- na, it is a necessary path to be an economic power as well. With the further international promotion of RMB, the concerning laws and regulations gradually show that their effectiveness level is low and the system is imperfect, that to say, the existing relevant laws and regulations in China are still far from the basic legal requirements of the inter- nationalization of RMB. Therefore, we should vigorously improve the legal system regarding the internationalization of RMB so as to escort the internationalization of RMB with strong legal governance system, increase the RMB＇ s power and influence in the international financial system and finally realize the internationalization of RMB.
