摘要
从能源消耗与碳排放内生化的视角,运用SBM方向性距离函数,结合序列DEA和共同边界生产函数,测度了我国物流产业的技术效率、区域技术落差以及组群边界技术追赶共同边界技术的动态进程。研究发现:我国物流产业技术效率总体偏低,东部地区代表了技术前沿,中部地区加快追赶技术前沿,但西部地区与东、中部地区的差距逐渐拉大;能源消耗与CO2排放过高成为我国物流产业无效率的主要来源;物流有效需求不足的问题也十分突出。未来我国应大力发展低碳物流,引导物流资源、技术与服务向中、西部地区转移,同时,应加强制造业与物流业联动发展,并积极开发高端物流。
Based on the endogenization of energy consumption and carbon emission,using SBM directional distance function combined with sequential DEA and meta-frontier function,this paper evaluates the technical efficiency,the efficiency gap among the different regions,and the trends of group frontier chasing the meta-frontier of China's logistics industry. The results show that the technical efficiency remains a low level. The Eastern represents the frontier. The Central is pursuing the frontier,the Western,however,is making a wider and wider gap with the Central and the Eastern. The high energy consumption and carbon emission are the main cause of the inefficiency. Meanwhile,the insufficient demand turns to be an important issue. The low-carbon logistics should be developed,and the resources,technology and service should be transferred to the Central and Western. The coordination of logistics and manufacturing industry and high-value logistics should be developed.
