气候变化认知、社会责任感与公众减排行为——基于CGSS2010数据的实证分析

Climate Change Cognition,Social Responsibility and Public Mitigation Action——Analysis Based on CGSS2010

基于2010年的CGSS数据,利用有序概率模型对公众减排行为的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:(1)公众对气候变化的原因认知与危害程度认知都会显著影响其减排行为,危害程度认知影响程度高于原因认知;(2)环境问题关注度和公共物品保护意识对公众减排行为也有显著的影响;(3)性别和学历对减排行为的影响也是显著的,其中女性较男性更愿意采取减排行为,受教育程度越高减排行为努力程度越高;(4)在所有的影响因素中,环境问题关注度对公众减排行为的影响程度最高,气候变化危害认知次之,公共物品保护意识排在第三位。

Based on the data from CGSS2010,this paper analyzed the influence factors of the public mitigation actions using the ordered probability model. Result showed that： the public cognition of causes of climate change and the harm extent cognition both significantly affected the public mitigation action,and harm extent cognitive affected higher than cognition of causes; the attention to environmental problems and the protection to public goods both had significant influence on public mitigation action; gender and education also had a marked impact on mitigation action,and women were more willing to take mitigation action than men,meanwhile,the higher of the level of education,the more efforts to mitigation action; the attention to environmental problems had the highest degree of influence on public mitigation actions of all the influence factors,the cognition of harm extent came second,the protection to public goods ranked third.
