摘要 电网运行过程中由于负荷增长容易出现某些输电线路的重载或者过载等可靠性降低现象,为此电力企业要重新规划改造输电线路来保证可靠性。在此背景下,为了减轻电力企业的改造投资成本和电力用户的损失,运用全寿命周期成本(Life Cycle Cost,LCC),蒙特卡罗模拟和直流潮流分析方法建立输电线路发展规划优化模型,定量分析每个阶段的成本,寻求全寿命周期成本最小的方案,在保证可靠性的同时减少了电网企业和电力客户的不必要的损失,提高经济效益。最后,在算例分析中,用IEEE39节点模拟电网运行,比较输电线路不同发展改造方案并选出了最优方案,证明了方法的可行性和优越性。 During the grid operation,load growth is prone to causing reduced reliability phenomenon such as the heavy load or overload of some lines,due to which electric power enterprises need to re-plan and reconstruct transmission lines to ensure its reliability.In this context,in order to reduce the investment cost of the transformation of the power companies and the losses for power users,life-cycle costs,Monte Carlo simulation and DC load flow analysis were used to establish development plan optimization model of transmission line.And the cost of each stage was quantitatively analyzed in order to seek the minimum LCC cost scheme and improve economic efficiency,ensuring reliability while reducing the unnecessary loss for power grid enterprises and customers.Finally,in the numerical example,the use of IEEE39 node to simulate grid operation and the comparison between different improved circuit development planning schemes for the selection of the optimal plan proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
