摘要
锰基合金由于其组元间存在着较大的电极电势差,当用电解质酸溶液腐蚀表面时便发生电极反应。在电极反应中,晶界与晶粒几乎同步发生腐蚀,形成黑色氧化物覆盖在磨面上影响观察合金的组织状态。为了解决该类合金的组织显示问题,经过探索实验,提出一种具有操作简单、成本低廉、可控性强、显示效果佳的显示方法。结果表明:该方法对4J72合金的铸态、锻态、热轧、冷轧态及焊接状态下的样品均有良好的显示作用。
For the high manganese alloy, electrode reaction occurred instantly both on the grain boundary and inside the grain under the electrolyte acid solution becaused the large electrode potential difference between Mn and Cu. The grain boundary is hard to be distinguished with the black oxide covering the surface of the alloy. In this paper, a simple and economic method was discussed which is controllable and lead to high quality metallographic figure. It is suitable for alloy 4J72 under various states, including foundry, forging, hot roll- ing, cold rolling and jointing.
