摘要
以月桂酸钠、环氧氯丙烷及三甲胺盐酸盐为原料合成一种含酯基类阳离子表面活性剂M-201.通过纯矿物浮选试验证明该新型阳离子捕收剂对石英有较好的浮选性.应用M-201反浮选酒钢磁选铁精矿(给矿51.73%)中的SiO2得到良好指标:25℃时,精矿中全铁品位为56.58%,铁回收率为70.26%.通过与十二胺和醚胺的对比证明,捕收剂M-201具有更好的浮选性、耐低温性和泡沫性能.与十二胺阳离子相比,M-201阳离子的最高占据轨道与最低空轨道能量差(ΔE)更小,反应活性更高,捕收力更强.
A esterquats cationic surfactant M-201 was prepared by using major materials including sodium dodecanoate,epichlorohydrin(ECH)and trimethylamine hydrochloride.Flotation tests of pure minerals show that the new cationic collector M-201 demonstrates a better selectivity on quartz.The reverse flotation of SiO2 in magnetic iron concentrates(at feed grade of51.73%)with M-201 cationic collector also achieves good indexes:under 25℃,the grade of iron concentrate is 56.58%and the iron recovery is 70.26%.The results show that M-201 cationic has better selectivity,low temperature resistance and foam properties compared with dodecylamine and ether amine.With smaller HOMO-LUMO gap(ΔE)than dodecylamine cationic,M-201 cationic has higher reactivity and stronger collecting ability.
