莠去津的生殖毒性动物实验研究循证毒理学初探 被引量:1

A Preliminary Exploration to Reproductive Toxicity of Atrazine by Evidence-based Approach

摘要 目的系统评价莠去津对雌性生殖系统的影响。方法计算机检索pubmed(1970-2013)、CNKI(1970-2013)、万方(1970-2013)、VIP(1970-2013)数据库发表的关于莠去津相关文献,筛选出研究莠去津影响雌性生殖系统的有数据统计意义的高质量的文献,对于可以进行Meta分析的数据,采用Rev Man5.0软件进行尝试性统计分析,并对不能统计分析的数据适当定性描述。结果共纳入5篇文献,分别对体重、子宫湿重、阴道开口时间与阴道开口体重采用随机效应模型做了Meta分析,其均值差(MD)及其置信区间(CI)依次为8.76[2.75,14.78]、23.01[6.61,39.40]、-2.71[-4.01,-1.45]和-17.44[-19.75,-15.13],且4组数据的异质性检验都很高。结论莠去津对雌性大鼠生殖系统发育各个均参数产生影响,且体重、子宫湿重、阴道开口时间与阴道开口体重的异质性显示做Meta分析有很大的挑战。 Objective To evaluate the effects of atrazine on female reproductive system. Methods With databases of Pubmed( 1970-2013),CNKI( 1970- 2013),Wanfang( 1970- 2013) and VIP( 1970- 2013),the published literatures on atrazine were retrieved. Studies on the impact of the female reproductive were screened with statistical significance of the data. The quality of literatures was assessed to decide whether suitable for statistical analysis with Rev Man5. 0,or qualitative description. Results Five studies were include for analysis. A meta-analysis was conducted on the body weight,wet weight of the uterus,vaginal opening time and vaginal opening weight with random effects model. The mean difference( MD) and confidence intervals( CI) were respectively 8. 76 [2. 75,14. 78],23. 01 [6. 61,39. 40 ],- 2. 71 [- 4. 01,- 1. 45] and- 17. 44 [-19. 75,-15. 13],showing heterogeneous. Conclusion Atrazine can affect the reproductive system of female rats in each of the parameters. The heterogeneity of body weight,wet weight of uterus,vaginal opening time and the vaginal opening weight indicate that meta-analysis is of challenge.
