2010-2013年成都市流感疫苗接种情况分析

Analysis on Influenza Vaccination Status in Chengdu,2010-2013

目的统计分析成都市流感疫苗接种情况,为流感疫苗接种工作和防制流感流行策略提供依据。方法通过《成都市疫苗信息管理系统》统计分析2010-2013年成都市流感疫苗的接种情况。结果成都市2010-2013年流感疫苗接种率分别为2.18%、1.69%、1.82%和1.63%,各年度间接种率差异有统计学意义(χ2=14 100.60,P<0.05);成人流感接种率低于儿童流感接种率,成都市市区儿童流感接种率高于郊县,市区儿童进口流感疫苗接种率高于郊县。结论 2010-2013年成都市流感疫苗接种率低,且呈下降趋势,应加强预防流感宣传教育,提高重点人群的流感疫苗接种率。

Objective To analyze the influenza vaccination in Chengdu and to provide strategies for influenza vaccination work and influenza control. Methods According to the Chengdu Vaccine Information Management System,influenza vaccine data in 2010- 2013 were collected and analyzed. Results The vaccination rate from2010 to 2013 was respectively 2. 18%,1. 69%,1. 82% and 1. 63%（ χ^2= 14 100. 60,P〈0. 05）. Adult influenza vaccine influenza vaccination rate was lower than that of the children＇s. Urban children flu vaccination rate was higher than that suburban county of Chengdu. The vaccination rate in urban Chengdu was higher than that of the suburban counties. Conclusion The vaccination rate in Chengdu is comparably low and exhibits a decreasing trend. Propaganda of influenza need to be strengthened to elevate the vaccination rate in the focus populations.
