摘要
海湾相有机质浸染砂普遍存在于我国东南部沿海地区以及海南岛,由于其特殊的存在形式,严重影响了该区域的工程建设与经济发展.因此,为了找出影响水泥土强度的主要因素和优选出不同强度的水泥土配合比,本研究利用正交试验设计有机质浸染砂-水泥土配合比进行了试验与研究,同时采用极差分析、方差分析与直观分析方法对试验数据进行了计算和整理,结果表明:有机质浸染砂-水泥土抗压强度的主要影响因素有掺合料种类、水泥掺入比和水灰比等;影响抗压强度的各因素主次顺序为:掺合料种类→水泥掺入比→水灰比;掺合料种类对强度的影响特别显著,水泥掺入比对其亦有显著影响,而水灰比则仅有一定的影响,最终经优化选取的有机质浸染砂-水泥土配合比具有良好的复现性,可供实际工程使用.
Infected gulf-phase organic sand exists in southeast coastal area of China and Hainan Island widely,and which affects the engineering construction and economic development of the region seriously,because of its special existence form. In order to obtain the main influence factors about cement soil strength and optimize the different intensity of cement with different mix proportion,in the study,the orthogonal test was used to analyze the mix ratio of infected gulf-phase organic sand and cement soil,and the range analysis,variance analysis,and visual analysis method were used to calculate the experimental data. The results showed that the main influence factors of compressive strength about infected gulf-phase organic sand are the types of admixture,cement mixing ratio and water cement ratio; the order of the factors affecting the compressive strength is as follows: admixture types,cement mixing ratio,and water cement ratio; the effects of mineral admixture on the strength is extremely significantly,cement mixing ratio has significant effects,and the effects of water cement ratio are the smallest.The final optimized selection of cement soil mix ratio about infected gulf-phase organic sand has good reproducibility,and which can be used for practical engineering.
