摘要
井下大多数采用传统的采煤渗透水作为主要供给,其含有大量杂质,给乳化液泵运行造成困难。通过采用PLC实现全自动控制乳化液配水净水器,并将其安装在水处理车间的进水管道入口,对水中2cm3以上的漂浮杂物进行过滤除杂。
At present,the most traditional underground coal mining seepage water as the main supply,which contained a lot of impurities,caused emulsion pump operation difficult.This paper adopted PLC to realize automatic control of emulsion and water purifiers,the equipment was installed in the water treatment workshop of feed water pipe inlet,floating debris for more than 2cm3 in water filter in removing impurity.
