提出了薄膜表面应力存在的物理原因,分析了薄膜表面的几何结构,阐述了不同表面结构所形成的完全不同的表面应力。
The physical causes of film surface stress is the existence of atomic long-range effects,and the structure of thin film surface geometry,different surface structures will form different surface stress.
