摘要
焦煤某矿井下捌绳轮采用悬臂梁式,主要用于井下11.4kW绞车钢丝绳运行方向的改变。分析了运输线上的特性,提出了将悬臂式捌绳轮串联在一起,并采用简支梁理论,将连接机构连接固定,保证综采设备的运输,以满足生产需要。
Coking coal mine 11.4kW rope wheel is cantilever beam,it is mainly used for change in the direction of 11.4kW winch wire rope run underground.Installed in 1203 working face of coal face,due to the construction personnel’s mistake,mistaking 1203 rope wheel mounted to the shipping lanes of fully mechanized to solve the above problems,the theoretical analysis and field test methods,analysis of the characteristics of the transit on,this paper puts forward cantilever type 1203 in series with the rope round and beam theory is adopted to connect the connecting mechanism is fixed,which ensures transportation of fully mechanized equipment,to meet production needs.
