摘要
乡村存在着大量微型学校,多数是建制不全的教学点,这些学校办学水平普遍较低。区域协同发展通过学校专项工作管理、教学与评价一体化、师资共享与教师发展、课程建设等方面的协同,使区域内诸多微型学校形成资源共享、管理协作、抱团发展的有机整体。区域协同是乡村教育均衡发展的基本路径,也是应对当下乡村学校发展困境的可行方式。
There exist a number of micro- schools in rural areas and most of them are with incomplete organization system and low school- running level. By coordination of special work management,integration of teaching and evaluation,teaching resource share and teachers ’ development and curriculum construction,regional coordinated development makes the micro- schools form an organic integrity with resource sharing,management coordinating and flocking development. Regional coordination is the basic path of rural education’s balanced development and a feasible way of coping with the development dilemma of current rural schools.
