摘要
本文以积极心理学的视角关注中等职业学校学生应对学业困境的能力与资源。对中等职业学校学生学业韧性的发展现状和特点进行了调查研究,并在分析调研结果的基础上初步提出了相应的应对策略,为指导学生适应中等职业学校生活、应对学业困境和开展心理健康教育工作提供了事实依据。
Based on the perspective of positive psychology,this paper pays attention to secondary vocational school students’ ability and resource to cope with difficulties in school. Secondary vocational school students’ present situation and developing characteristics of academic resilience are investigated,then the corresponding strategies are put forward on the basis of the analysis results,which provide factual basis for guiding students to adapt to life in secondary vocational schools,cope with academic difficulties and carry out mental health education work.
