社会变迁视角下农民工婚姻危机的成因研究

Causes of Migrant Workers' Marriage Crisis under Perspective of Social Change

在社会变迁的形势下,农民工婚姻主要呈现为同地、异地务工以及"一工一农"三种模式。基于后两种模式分析了农民工婚姻危机的主客观成因,并提出了进一步推进户籍制度改革,实现公共服务均等化与加快新农村建设,逐步拓展农村剩余劳动力就近转移的治本之策以及改善福利制度,培养就业能力,促进夫妻同地务工;加强道德教育与普法执法力度,增进伦理法制意识与社会责任感;提高文化素养,树立正确的婚恋观与家庭责任意识的辅助对策。

In the social change situation,migrant workers’ marriage is mainly presented as three patterns： couples work in a same place,in a different place or husband works in the city but wife lives in the countryside. This paper is mainly based on the latter two patterns to analyze objective and subjective causes of the crisis of migrant workers’ marriage,finally put forward some fundamental solutions accordingly： take further steps to reform the household registration system,and achieve equality of public services; accelerate the construction of new countryside,and gradually promote migrant workers work close to home; Moreover some auxiliary countermeasures are put forward： improve the welfare system,cultivate employability of migrant workers,in order to help migrant couples work in a same city; strengthen moral and legal education,raise the awareness of ethics and law as well as social responsibility; improve the cultural literacy of migrant workers,encourage them to establish a correct attitude about love,marriage and family responsibilities.
