摘要 高职院校实现学分积累和转化信息化管理,不仅是对学生管理方式和学习方式的重大改革,也是推进职业教育市场化和产业化的有效途径。目前高职院校学分积累和转化信息化管理存在缺少技术和管理平台、相关政策制度不完善以及面临教育利益的重新分配困境等问题。为了解决这些问题,需要高职院校加快学分积累和转化信息化管理平台建设,同时构建具有公信力的第三方学分积累和转化服务中心,进一步完善学分积累和转化相关政策制度建设以及引导实现学分积累和转化信息化管理后教育利益的重新分配。 Achieving the information management of credit accumulation and transformation in higher vocational colleges of China, is not only a major reform of students' management and learning style, but also an effective way to promote the marketization and industrialization of vocational education. However, in the current information management, there are some problems, such as the lack of technology and management platform, the imperfect policies and systems and the dilemma of redistributing educational interests. To solve these problems, it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to accelerate the construction of information management platform of credit accumulation and transformation, establish the third-party credit accumulation and transformation service center with public confidence, further perfect the relevant policy and system, and guide the redistribution of educational interests after achieving the information management of credits accumulation and transformation.
