摘要
采用自编"职校生心理需要调查问卷"调查686名职校生,结果表明:职校生在表现需要和爱的需要因子上,男生的均分显著地高于女生;在认知需要方面、表现需要方面和实现需要方面,年级之间存在非常显著的差异;在认知需要方面,专业间存在显著性差异,文科类和理工类学生的均分显著高于艺术类;是否为独生子女、是否担任学生干部、初中毕业于城区学校或者农村中学等人口学变量对于职校生的心理需要均没有显著性影响。学校应从积极职业教育的理念出发,采取针对性强、高效适当的心理教育举措,以促使职校生健康成长。
Through the investigation on 686 vocational school students by the self-compiled "questionnaire on psychological needs of vocational school students" , it is found that in the performing need and love, boys' average score is higher than girls significantly; in terms of cognitive needs, very significant differences exist between grades; in terms of cognitive needs, there is a significant difference between specialties, the average score of students majoring in liberal arts and science &engineering specialties is significantly higher than students majoring in arts specialties; the demographic variable such as whether the one-child, whether as a student cadre, junior high school graduated from the urban or rural schools has not significant influence for vocational schools student's psychological needs. Schools should start from actively vocational education concept to take the targeted, efficient and proper psychological education measure, to promote vocational schools to grow healthily.
