摘要
为比较卷烟主流烟气pH及主流烟气粒相物pH与卷烟感官质量间的相关程度,检测了20个卷烟感官标准样品的两种pH以及烟丝烟碱、总糖、还原糖、总氮、钾、氯等常规化学成分的质量分数;根据20个样品的标准评吸得分,采用简单相关分析、逐步回归分析等方法研究了两种pH以及常规化学成分与感官质量间的关系。结果表明:1主流烟气pH与卷烟感官质量的相关性大于主流烟气粒相物pH,且大于除还原糖外的其他常规化学成分。220个卷烟感官标准样品的主流烟气pH在5.615~6.055之间变化,且表现出随感官质量得分升高而增大的变化规律。
In order to compare the correlation degrees between cigarette sensory quality and the p H value ofmainstream cigarette smoke(MCS p H) and that of particulate matters in MCS(PM p H), MCS p H, PM p H andthe contents of routine chemical components(including nicotine, total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen,potassium and chloride) in cut filler of 20 sensory standard cigarette samples were determined. Based on thestandard sensory scores of the samples, the relationships of sensory quality with MCS p H, PM p H and routinechemical components were researched by simple correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis. Theresults showed that: 1) The correlation degree of cigarette sensory quality with MCS p H was higher than thatwith PM p H or the routine chemical components(excluding reducing sugar). 2) The values of MCS p H of thesamples ranged from 5.615 to 6.055 and increased with the rise of sensory scores.
